1. Data Collection

LagOps does not collect or store any personal information. We do not require account creation or registration.

2. Location Data

LagOps requests permission to access your location only to identify the nearest gaming servers for network testing. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or stored on a server.

3. Diagnostic Data

All network test results (ping, jitter, packet loss) are stored locally on your device within the App's history. We do not have access to your test results.

4. In-App Purchases

Payments are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your financial information.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not share data with any third-party services.

Because LagOps does not collect, store, or share any personal data, there are no data-sharing preferences to manage or data to delete from our servers.

Managing Your Data

• Local Data: You can clear your network test history at any time within the App's settings.
• Location Permissions: You can revoke location access through your device's system settings (Settings > Privacy > Location Services).
• Data Inquiries: If you have any questions regarding your privacy, please contact us at support@lagops.app.
